LeadMaster F.A.Q – find garbage in signature
July 22, 2011This is typically a result of using copy/paste of your signature from one of your existing Emails that you have in Outlook or from Word. When you do this it copies in the Microsoft Office formatting. This is known to cause issues with the LeadMaster email editor. If you are going to copy/paste from an Outlook email or a Word document you will need to use the “Paste from Word” icon located on the email editor.

July 21, 2011You cannot import directly into an Opp form BUT you can FUM into one. Run your import then run a FUM into the Opp form. Best practice is to download the imported data so that you can get the recdno but if your data has a unique field in it where you are sure the data is not duplicated in the db then you don’t need to download to get the recdno, you can just use the original imported data.
