There are two new options for searching records (found in the ‘CRM Management’ section):
a. Calling Permission
b. Email Message Sent Date
When searching records, if any of the contacts in the record have the selected email marketing permission that record will display in the search results. For example, if you have 100 contacts in the record for Pepsi and one of them has opted out, the record for Pepsi will display in the search results.
There is one new option for searching contacts (found in the ‘Contact Search’ section), ‘Calling Permission’.
Please note the following:
• The display of each field is based on having the label defined (see ‘Administration’ / ‘Customize Pages’ / ‘Search’
• Email message sent date reflects the date an email message was sent (e.g. by a user, an automation and workflow management process action, a lead nurturing track step, etc.)
