New Feature – Workflow & Task Management based upon lead assignment

What’s the number one thing a sales manager wants to know about a new lead?  The answer – has it been assigned.

Think about it.  When leads come in if they aren’t assigned they can’t be followed up.  A sales manager needs to know a lead has been assigned before they can start asking the sales rep for updates on the lead status.

Now, LeadMaster has workflow automation & task management that operate on lead assignment.

This enhancement adds the ability to use group, account manager, partner and partner rep assignment as part of the condition for a workflow process or task completion.

1. Group – operators include “=” or “<>” and value is a specific group

2. Account manager – operators include “=” or “<>” or “Was Assigned” and value is a specific account manager (if operator was “=” or “<>”)

3. Partner – operators include “=” or “<>” and value is a specific partner

4. Partner rep – operators include “=” or “<>” or “Was Assigned” and value is a specific partner rep (if operator was “=” or “<>”)

Here are some examples.  If a new lead does not equal ‘Was Assigned’ send an email to the sales manager.  Or you can add a task to that (tasks are time based workflows) and say if a lead does not equal ‘Was Assigned’ within 5 minutes send an email to the sales manager.

This is a terrific enhancement to the business rules and one that many sales managers will find very useful.  Just another way LeadMaster is helping companies stay on top of the business and maximizing their ROI in LeadMaster.
