New Feature – Include all contacts or just primary contact when Searching Records

Have you ever searched records for a last name and seen records that didn’t have that last name visible in the search results.  That’s because one or more secondary contacts on that record matched your search results.

Now there is an option when searching for records to specifically include all contacts when searching.  This option applies only when searching on contact-specific fields (first name, last name, title, city, zip, email, phone, title code, function code, state, country)

When the ‘Include all contacts when searching‘ box is checked all contacts are included when searching these fields  (first name, last name, title, city, zip, email, phone, title code, function code, state, country).  When unchecked, only the primary contact for the record is included when searching for the contact fields.  This option only shows when the user has entered one or more characters in one of these fields.
