LeadMaster’s Improved Outlook Synchronization Features to Boost Resiliency

Roswell, GA – May 31, 2011 – LeadMaster, a leading provider and pioneer of lead management, CRM and sales force automation solutions software as a service business, announced today the latest version of their Outlook integration module.
Building upon the previous Outlook Integration system, LeadMaster improved certain features to further the module’s reliability and performance. Enhanced Outlook Synchronization abilities include improved reoccurring events capability, adjusted email history interpretation and updated Windows sync.

These advancements provide LeadMaster users with additional system functionality and flexibility, helping to drive productivity, boost system effectiveness and reduce inconsistencies due to double entry and/or lack of data.

LeadMaster’s Outlook Integration module, a separately installed application, synchronizes a user’s Outlook email with a specific record in the LeadMaster database. The application adds a “Send & Log” or simply “Log” button to the various email views in Outlook, allowing users to combine their data from Outlook and LeadMaster. This minimizes the need for extra mouse clicks, saving time and simplifying the logging processes.

Each selected email that is logged into the LeadMaster system is associated with a specific record in the user’s database; however, if an email address is not linked to a specific LeadMaster contact, then it is placed in the user’s “File Cabinet.” This placement allows the user to file manually, ensuring proper placement of all valuable data.

The Outlook integration also offers Outlook calendar synchronization, in which all activities are stored bi-directionally in both Outlook and LeadMaster. LeadMaster’s built-in scheduling system can be configured to alert users to important callbacks, appointments and demonstrations, improving productivity and reducing both double entry errors and missed opportunities.
