LeadMaster F.A.Q – import multiple values

When importing to a custom form that has a field that is multi-select,how do you import multiple values?

  • If a field in the custom form is a multiple select/check box and you want to import multiple responses the format for the corresponding import/fum file field data would be “value1,value2,value3” so a import/fum of two fields might look like :
    1. Import:
    2. Name =Don
    3. Who is your consultant = Jane,John,David
  • Mapped to:
  • Name = First Name
  • Who is your consultant = custom form question ‘Who is your consultant’
    1. The record in the import/fum file would read
    2. Andy,”Jane,John,David”,EOF
  • Because the mapped field is a multiple select/checkbox the app will understand to view the data in that field as responses separated by a comma.
