Can I add my own Feedback Questions to a lead or a record in LeadMaster?

  • Yes. Feedback questions are a valuable way of gathering lead quality information from your sales team.  The account owner or admin can add and delete feedback questions for users to answer about each of the leads you assign to them. To set up or amend your feedback questions go to the administration section, select Custom Forms and choose the form type as feedback.  The feedback form can be attached to the records/leads for individual campaigns.
