New Feature – Chart Special Interest Fields

LeadMaster has all the fields common to any company for managing sales leads and tracking customers.  But every company is unique and has individual needs for tracking information.  To help customize the system for individual needs, LeadMaster has fields called ‘Special Interest’ fields.  These are user-definable fields that can be one of 3 formats; single select, multiple select or simple text fields.

When the special interest fields are setup as single select they are available for charting.  Once the special interest fields are charted, the chart can be saved to the dashboard.

Here’s how it works.  In this example I’m interested in seeing a chart of prospective real estate purchasers and the number of bedrooms they want.  First I do a search of prospective purchasers.

Next I select the menu item ‘Chart Search Results’ and select the special interest field that I’m interested in charting.  In this case it is ‘Number of Bedrooms’.

After selecting the ‘Number of Bedrooms’ field and clicking submit, the chart is produced.   if I’d like to see this chart on my dashboard I click on the menu ‘Save to Dashboard’ or if I’d like to save it for future use I can click on ‘Create Shortcut’ and a link to this chart will be placed in the ‘Shortcuts’ menu available on the home page.

New Feature – Attach Files to Records via Lead-Xpress

If you use Lead-Xpress you’ll find a new feature available, attaching files.

You’ll need to update the email notification content to include the attached files section and you’re all set.

Just in case you aren’t a Lead-Xpress user or you’ve forgotten what Lead-Xpress is and does here’s a brief recap.

Lead-Xpress allows users to update the database without having to login.

LeadMaster Announces Advanced Integrated Dialing Capability

LeadMaster announces the next level of integrated phone dialer capability for the LeadMaster platform called LeadMasterVoice. The LeadMaster system provides software as a service for sales lead management, CRM, marketing automation and now advanced integrated dialing capability. This enhancement is a great productivity booster for anyone who uses the telephone for business. Some of the features include power dialing, click dialing, progressive dialing, silent monitoring, whisper coaching, call recording, supervised transfers, blind transfers, and conferencing.

The progressive dialing feature allows LeadMaster clients to click a button to leave a pre-recorded message whenever connecting with voice mail or an answering machine. The system automatically provides customers with an unlimited number of lines, allowing users to move on to the next call while the pre-recorded message is playing.

Here’s an example of how this powerful feature works. Suppose a sales rep begins calling a list of qualified prospects. The first three outbound calls failed to reach a live person, rolling over to the prospect’s voicemail system. With the LeadMaster system, the rep could be dialing the fourth prospect call before the first call was even finished leaving a recorded voicemail! Users have the option of leaving up to three unique pre-recorded messages for maximum flexibility. Users can even personalize the message by saying “Hello, (prospect’s name)”, then clicking the button that plays the pre-recorded message.

The silent monitoring, whisper coaching, and call recording features are excellent for call centers. With whisper coaching, the supervisor who is monitoring the call can speak to the agent who is placing the call and the person on the other end of the line will not hear the supervisor. The system also includes detailed call reporting on the account, including the number called, the call date/time, and the duration of the call.

LeadMaster’s outbound dialing feature is available at just $29 to $39 per month for unlimited calls to the US and Canada. Clients have the option of using a USB or PC headset. With an analog telephone adaptor customers can use a standard telephone or headset. To receive toll free or local phone calls is an additional $10 per month.
