Step 3 of the ‘Launch an Email Campaign’ page has been updated to include a Send Now / Send Later option.  When you click on the Send Later radio button it shows you a calendar icon allowing you to select the date and time that you wish to send your email.  When you select ‘Send Later’ the button at the bottom of the page changes from Send to Save.

You can edit, view or delete your email marketing campaigns that are scheduled to send later from the Email Marketing Summary page.

July 15, 2013

The ordering of automations can be important.  If you have a long list of automations now you’ll find it easier to stay organized with drag & drop.  Just grab onto anywhere in the row of the automation, hold down the mouse button and drag it to the new location.  Let the mouse button go and your automation is now in the new location.

July 10, 2013

If you’ve ever had to create a saved search for multiple users you’ll appreciate this latest development.  Previously you’d have to create the search and save it for each user.  Now when you create a saved search you can make it available to multiple users with a single saved search.

New LeadMaster Feature – ‘Sent From’ for E-Mail Marketing

July 1, 2013

In the past when an email marketing campaign was sent email from LeadMaster it would come from the User’s email address.  Effective 6/28 all email marketing campaigns are sent from the CRMTool.net domain.  The ‘Reply To’ email address will continue to contain the email address of the user who sent the email so that if someone clicks ‘Reply’ the email will arrive in the user’s InBox as it should. For example here’s what the header now looks like when E-marketing email comes from LeadMaster:

From: “Andy Brownell” <messages@crmtool.net>
Subject: Messages are Sent from CRMTool.net
To: “Don Hall” <don.hall@marketing.com>
Reply-To: “Andy Brownell” <andy.brownell@leadmaster.com>

We are making this change because sending email where the mail server domain doesn’t match the ‘Sent From’ domain name on the email can potentially have a negative impact on the mail server’s sender score.  This change will help LeadMaster to maintain a high Sender Score which contributes to high deliverability rates for  email marketing campaigns. The Modern interface, in Workgroup settings, allows the choice of either:

  1. having the email sent from CRMTool.net or
  2. the users email for all users in the Workgroup.
