New Feature – Generic Softphone Integration

There are a wide variety of Softphones on the market today.  To help provide seamless integration with LeadMaster for click-to-call we have created a generic softphone module.

Many softphones have extensive features that require custom integration.   However, there are softphones available that simply want to see a phone number on the clipboard after the mouse is clicked on a phone number in the browser.  To address users of those softphones LeadMaster created the generic soft phone.

If an individual rep wants to create a calling list it’s even easier. Just search for the records, for example, today’s callbacks and then select ‘Start Calling’ from the Options menu and the phone starts ringing. It’s an easy solution use and an easy solution to try because there are no long-term contracts, it’s all month-to-month.”
