With LeadMaster you’ve been able to import opportunities in bulk from the ‘Add New Records’ menu.

Starting a week from now you’ll be able to import opportunities directly to the record from the sales update page or the edit profile page.

New Feature – Report Subscriptions

LeadMaster now provides the ability to subscribe to custom reports.

Here’s a quick overview of report subscriptions:

1. A report subscription can be delivered daily, weekly or monthly. When delivered weekly, the report is delivered on Monday. When delivered monthly, the report is delivered on the first day of the month.

2. A report subscription is delivered via email in one of the following ways:

  • As an attachment to the email message
  • As a link in the body of the email message
  • In the body of the email message

In order to receive a report subscription, the subscriber must have an email address in User Settings.

Report Subscriptions include the following features:

1. From the ‘Reports’ page, click ‘Report Subscriptions’ to display the list of subscriptions for the user.

Please note the following options:

a. Click ‘Add Subscription’ to add a subscription to a custom report.

b. Click ‘edit’ to edit the associated report subscription

c. Click ‘delete’ to delete the associated report subscription

d. Click ‘suspend’ to suspend delivery of the associated report subscription

e. Click ‘resume’ to resume delivery of the associated report subscription

Please note the following:

a. The only reports available to subscribe to are custom reports (public or user) that have been added / edited via the ‘Report Wizard’. Only new reports will show up in this list.  Existing custom reports must be updated via the report wizard to appear in this list.

b. The ‘Filter Data for the Report’ option is available only for editing existing report subscriptions (it does not show as an option when adding a new report subscription) and allows the user to filter the data delivered with the report subscription. In the example above, only leads that were entered in the last 7 days will display in the report when it is emailed to the subscriber.

c. There are 3 options for the timing of the delivery of the report – Day, Week and Month.

d. There are three options for the method of delivery of the report – as a link in the email message, as an attachment to the email message and in the body of the email message.

e. Report subscriptions are delivered in the morning starting around 1AM eastern time.
